Is the build really free?
Yes. The $3,243 build fee is waived when you sign up for 12 months of hosting and maintenance at $150 a month, or $1,200 for the year. Hosting and maintenance is the only thing you pay for.
Why would you build it for free?
Because most of our clients stay with us for years. We'd rather earn a long relationship than charge a big fee upfront. Capping it at six a month means we can still give every build our full attention.
What if I don't like the design?
You see the full first design around day 7. If it isn't right for you, tell us before we start changes and we refund everything you've paid.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo, any photos you have, your services and your contact details. We send a short form to collect it. If you don't have photos, we'll use quality stock that suits your business.
Do I need a domain name?
Yes, and you own it. If you don't have one we'll help you buy it (usually around $20 to $40 a year) and connect it for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel in the first 12 months, you pay the rest of the build fee ($3,243 less $270 for each month you've paid) and the website is yours to keep. After 12 months there's nothing to pay and the site is yours.
Who owns the website?
Your domain, content and photos are yours from day one. After 12 months the whole website is yours. Keep hosting with us month to month or move it wherever you like.
Can I add more pages later?
Yes. Extra pages are quoted first and added whenever you're ready. Lots of clients start with one page and grow from there.
Can I make changes after it's live?
Small fixes are covered by your hosting and maintenance. Bigger changes like new sections or new pages are quoted before we start.
